David & Carolyn
David & Carolyn Bru developed their interest in fast cars back in the late 1960s while in high school. They started off with a 65 Malibu with a 327 in it and also had Big Block Chevelles. In the early 1970s when they started a family the sports cars were replaced with a family car and work truck. In 1979 they purchased a 1979 Mustang Pace Car but later sold it as it did not meet the needs of a growing family. In 2002 they had the opportunity to purchase the 1956 from David’s brother Kevin and we have been updated/upgrading the car over the last few years as detailed in the news reports. David will getting his NHRA & IHRA Competition Licenses in 2008.
